Mesa and the East Valley

Estate clean-outs, handled with care.

Clearing a loved one’s home is a lot to carry. Once the family has taken what matters, we remove everything that is left, room by room, garage and yard included, and leave the house ready for what comes next.

  • Veteran owned
  • We do all the lifting
  • Quote before we load

What we haul away.

If it is on this list, or anything like it, point at it and it is gone. See everything we haul and what junk removal costs.

  • Furniture in every room
  • Beds and mattresses
  • Kitchen contents, boxed or loose
  • Closets and clothing
  • Garage and shed contents
  • Appliances
  • Patio and yard items
  • Anything the family does not keep

Take your time first. Mark or move what the family is keeping, and we take everything else.

Three steps to a clear space.

  1. Tell us what has to go

Call, text or send the form. A sentence or a photo is enough: "a couch, a fridge and the pile by the side gate."

  2. Get your quote

We talk through the job and you get a quote before anything is loaded.

  3. We load it and haul it

We do the lifting and the loading, then haul it all away.

Could the city take it instead?

City bulk pickups are sized for a few items at a time, not a whole house:

  • The City of Mesa's bulk item pickup collects at most 4 loads of about 4 by 8 by 4 feet per scheduled pickup (checked October 13, 2026).
  • The City of Chandler counts a combination of the first four curbside bulk pickups and trash disposal visits to the center each calendar year at no charge, with a disposal load at no charge under 400 pounds and $70 per ton over 400 pounds (checked October 13, 2026).

Get ready in five minutes.

  1. Have the family set aside what they are keeping.
  2. Mark anything that stays with tape or a note.
  3. Tell us about every space: rooms, garage, shed, yard.
  4. Let us know about any sale or closing date you are working toward.

From a customer

I used Jaime and his crew for the final clean up after an estate sale at my mother's home in Ahwatukee. They removed a hot tub as well as all remaining items in the home. The place was left cleaner than it had been before the sale. They thought of everything and had all the equipment needed on site. The estate agent said it was the best clean up job she had ever seen!

Do you take everything that is left?

Yes. That is the job: once the family has what they want, we remove every remaining item, room by room.

Can a whole house go through the city bulk pickup?

Rarely. City bulk programs cap each pickup, Mesa at 4 loads of about 4 by 8 by 4 feet, and they take only certain items. A full estate usually needs a hauler.

How much does an estate clean-out cost?

It depends on how much there is and how hard it is to reach. Tell us what you have, or text a photo, and you get a quote first. Our cost guide explains what moves the price and what the cities charge for their own pickups.

Point at it. We’ll haul it.
